I prefer to talk directly with the person whom I have problem with
Its better than talk behind them secretly.
Because maybe it will not cause a great and open war,
But the problem will not be solved for a long time…
But if I talk with them directly, I will use the most possible polite language, so I wont hurt the feeling of that person.
Even if the open war begin, that conflict war...
